Terms of Service ♡
• No refunds under any circumstances unless I personally cancel or decline the commission myself.• I may post commissioned artwork on my social media or portfolio as samples, with a watermark included. If you do not want your commission to be posted publicly, please let me know immediately after receiving the final artwork.• Commissions usually take around 1–3 weeks depending on the queue. If you need your commission completed before a specific date, an additional rush fee of +10 USD will apply.• Commercial use will cost double the original commission price.• Once completed, the artwork belongs to you and may be used for personal purposes or posted freely. However, please do not claim the artwork as your own creation.• Please provide clear details about the character, pose, expression, and overall idea you want. Reference images are always greatly appreciated and help me draw your commission.• A final sketch preview will be sent before rendering. One free revision is allowed during the sketch stage only. (Major changes after the sketch has been approved may require additional fees.)Artistree currently does not support deposit payments. If you would prefer to pay a deposit instead, please feel free to DM me• A 50% upfront payment is required before I begin working on the commission• The remaining payment must be completed after the final sketch is approved and before the final artwork is delivered.
